Appointments

Phone the surgery or call in to make an appointment. We have two types of ten-minute appointments available. Most of our appointments are bookable up to a month in advance.

We can now offer more appointments with doctors and nurses through the GP Federation Mondays - Fridays between 8am - 8pm and Saturdays - Sundays between 7am - 7pm (Appointments will be held at different locations and are limited - please enquire at reception).

Diary

You can now book non-urgent appointments at any time, day or night, by using our automated telephone booking service. Just call the main surgery number and select option 1, then follow the instructions. You can also check, cancel or amend your appointment using this system. You can choose to book with your usual GP (recommended) or with the next available GP. Also new, as well as ordering repeat prescriptions online, you can access your medical records online. Please ask at reception for a form to complete to get you set up.

Emergency appointments are available. During surgery hours call the receptionist as early in the day as possible. Say you have an urgent problem and an emergency appointment can be arranged. You will be asked what the emergency is. Please do not misuse urgent appointments.

If you are unable to attend for your booked appointment, please telephone the surgery to cancel so that we may offer it to someone else who may need it.

If you have given us your mobile number phone number, you will receive a text message to remind you about your appointment, and you may cancel an appointment by text message at any time of day.

If you would like to see a particular doctor, please tell the receptionist when you book your appointment. You may have to wait longer for such an appointment.

Leave a Message for the Doctors

The reception staff will take a message for you and leave it for the doctor to deal with when they are available and if it is medically urgent. Please note that messages left after 11.00am may not be seen and acted on. Therefore if the matter is urgent, you should either make a routine appointment, or request a visit of appropriate.

Extended Access Appointments (GP Hub)

Due to changes in our daily lifestyles a late evening and weekend clinic has been established for Camden to help tackle this. There are currently four locations where a patient can go to have an appointment:

Camden GP Hubs

Appointments can be booked by calling the GP Hub team directly 020 7391 9979, or you can call the surgery during opening times or by calling 111.

You will need to give consent to have medical records shared, this will allow the Dr you are going to see the information on our system so they can better help you.

If you do need to cancel an appointment please call us or 020 7391 9979 to cancel it, 111 can't do that part for you.
